Patagonia Downtown Loft Goose Down Black Hooded Ski Jacket Sz SThis is a puffer with a purpose. Not a lightweight nano jacket- this is the real deal and what you want in the elements. European grey goose Down puffer(not synthetic like some of the Patagonia jackets). I absolutely love that this is a convertible jacket. The hood zips into the collar ( stand up or shawl collar) so it can be worn different ways. The material is much softer than Patagonia's typical nylon- they call it satin poly. Modern take on a classic puffer. One of my favorite features is that the hood lays really close to the jacket so it is a streamlined look. I love hooded jackets but not the bulk behind my neck (see last photo).
