Detailed information on 1983-D Lincoln 1c. Doubled Ear. Doubled Rvs. Red, MS. Beautiful coin!

Struck slightly offset, there’s a clear doubling of the ear. Comparing to another uncirculated coin of that type, the detail on this coin really stands out. It looks like Lincoln’s hair has been doubled when compared to another MS Lincoln. You can see the spread size on some letters and the clear extra lines on others from doubling on the reverse. The mint mark appears to have a slight D over D as well.

This is a GREAT error penny to add to the collection for a very reasonable price.
