Detailed information on Radio Shack Desert Viper RC Buggy 4 Wheel Drive Vintage Mid 90's

This is the Desert Viper rc buggy sold by radioshack back in the late 90's. Still runs great. Its got some scuffs and scrapes on the body and frame. The decals are still really good with maybe a little fading from age. Suspension is good as well as are the tires. The buggy antenna straw is bent backwards as seen in the photo and may not be the original as it is a loose fit. Its still dusty from storage in those little hard to reach areas. This little battery hog requires 10 AA batteries, 6 for the remote and 4 in the buggy and a 7.2 volt battery pack, not included. I'd recommend a couple of fast charge battery packs for this thing as the 4x4 action drains them pretty quick. The remote is in good condition and its antenna is still straight. The buggy measures approximately 20 inches long and 13 inches wide and 8 inches tall at the top of the back fin. It weighs about 5 pounds. Please keep in mind this item will require a large box for safe shipping.
